At the regular City Commission meeting on Monday, January 10, 2022, Isha Brown was appointed to fill the Place 3 Commissioner seat vacated by the retirement of Ms. Ida Beck. Ms. Beck had served in her capacity for over 20 years, also serving as the Mayor Pro Tem for the last two years. Commissioner Jerry Hanszen was selected by the Board as the new Mayor Pro Tem.
