| $0.10 per sq. ft. of conditioned space for each plumbing, electrical & mechanical permit | |
| Residential additions and remodeling jobs | $0.30 per sq. ft. of conditioned space of the new addition or remodeled area |
| $0.10 per sq. ft of conditioned space of new addition or remodeled area for each plumbing, electrical & mechanical inspection. | |
| Commercial construction | $0.30 per sq. ft. of total area for the building |
| $0.05 per sq. ft. of total area for each plumbing, electrical & mechanical permit. | |
| Remodeled or additions to commercial construction | Same as commercial construction, but costs apply only to the new addition or remodeled sq. footage. |
| Minimum fee | $35 (if no square footage is involved) |
| Minimum fee for failed inspection | $35 |
| Electrical Permit & Inspection Fees | |
| All applications for inspections & work permits shall be accompanied by an electrical permit fee. | |
| Electrical permit and inspection fees are the same as the building permit and inspection fees. | |
